Proprietary software program for objective assessment, analysis & reporting of prevention activities, findings and to help strategize for continuous improvement.
DRS has developed a standardized method of tracking prevention activities, measuring outcomes and the impact of the program. Reports are generated monthly and upon demand. Annual reports provide a detailed analysis with strategic planning for the following year(s) of operation.
A range of proactive data is generated to help get in front of potential injuries and prioritize where to focus the collaborative team’s efforts. Our program generates potential cost avoidance (PCA) data, including conservative ROI estimates.
The DRPT Team under the direction of Jean Rath worked with us every week to access hazards,work with individuals and depertments to mitigate injuries, and perform systematic work site analysis and corrective actions. Not only did our OSHA incidents plummet to below national avaerages for like hospitals; our employees felt (and were) cared for and looked forward to follow up visits by DRPT for subsequent modifictaions or training.
DRS can provide functional demand evaluations (FDE) of the jobs, create post offer job match evaluations (JME), perform formal ergonomic risk assessments (ERA) and provide continuing education services for key stakeholders.
